When we were sitting in traffic, this guy was driving on the outer road and he pulled over. He then got out of his car, walked across the outer road, and started taking pictures of all of us stopped on the highway. When we started to move a little, he put his camera down and waited for us to stop again. Since he was taking my picture, I took his.
This blog is about our life in the mountains so that we can keep up with all of our friends and family to the east. We have been married since 2005 and are the proud parents of two beautiful girls.

The First Real Snow Storm
For the first real snow storm of the season, we had the wonderful opportunity (note the sarcasm) to drive up to the airport to pick up a friend. What should have been about a 3 hour round trip at the longest became over 6 hours as we sat in bumper to bumper traffic all of the way back. We spent 4 hours getting back! UGH!!
