In August, we took a Friday and visited Keystone. They have summer gondola rides to the top of the mountain. On Fridays, they gondola is free. We got to sit, the girls played in a huge sandbox, we enjoyed a live band and the absolutely beautiful scenery. There is no better way than to spend a beautiful day relaxing on the top of a mountain.

We brought Ari up to the top as well. She wasn't very thrilled about going inside the gondola, but had a great time at the top. She was given treats by several different people and got many more comments. Only on a mountain top in Colorado will your dog get more compliments than your baby.

You should have seen her when we tried to teach her to go on escalators! She wanted nothing to do with moving stairs! 😉
